Today's profiles feature two Seekers from the Sunbow episode "Divide and
Conquer". In that story, Megatron orders three generic Seekers to
hamper the Autobots' progress by creating Acid Rain. Ultimately, the
plan fails and the three Decepticons are never seen again. The green
Seeker from the episode went on to receive the name "Acid Storm" and a
couple of toys including a Masterpiece figure. His blue and yellow
colleagues were delegated to the dustbin of history. At least until
now...
Introducing Stormsurge, the Decepticon master of wind. Using his powerful engines he creates incredible winds which he uses to kick up waves, sands, debris, or whatever he finds at hand. He is definitely the most sadistic of the Rainmakers.
Why the name "Stormsurge?" Well, because first of all this is my blog so I'll name him whatever I feel like naming him. But mostly because there are three main elements to any major storm: rain, lightning, and wind. Lightning is most logical to assign to our yellow friend, so this leaves wind and a blue robot. So Stormsurge it is.
You can probably already guess which character is coming next.
